Chris Salamone is the founder and Managing Partner of the Salamone Law Group. He is a corporate, business trascation, and commercial litigation attorney with over 30 years experience. He specializes in helping companies and business owners structure and protect their businesses, negotiate and facilitate complex transactions, and find the right legal strategies to reach their desired results. He is recognized for his unique insight into business transactions and his strategic approach to resolving his clients legal and business issues.

Chris brings a wealth of business experience to his law practice. As a successful entrepreneur, he founded and built several national and international businesses from the ground up, structuring and growing them for successful exits/sales. Having hired and managed thousands of employees, Chris knows first-hand the unique challenges faced by today’s business owners, managers and investors. Over the course of his business career, he has negotiated, structured and facilitated numerous business transactions, including deals with fortune 500 companies and billion-dollar private equity firms. There’s virtually no business issue that he has not faced as a business owner and/or attorney.

Chris attended Nova Southeastern University Law School where he earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and graduated 3rd in his class receiving Magna Cum Laude and Law Review honors. He earned his undergraduate degree in business and economics from Saint Anselm College, which he attended on a full basketball scholarship.

Chris believes strongly in giving back and donates a significant amount of time and money to a variety of non-profit organizations and worthy causes. For the past 15 years, he has provided direct financial support for the education of more than 300 Haitian children, including all funding for school facilities, teachers, books, and school supplies.
Chris is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Italian American Bar Association (NIABA). He also serves on the Boards of several local and international non-profit organizations including: the Symphony of the Americas, Friendship Force International, il Circolo Italian Cultural Society of Florida and Above & Beyond Youth Ministries. In 2016 he was honored by the Symphony of the America’s with their annual “Style and Substance” Award.
